Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage incoming leads from various channels.
  • Contact potential clients to collect and clarify their condo requirements.
  • Search and shortlist condominiums that match the client's needs.
  • Present suitable condo options to clients in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Coordinate and arrange property viewing appointments.
  • Assign confirmed cases to agents for on-site visits and follow-ups.
  • Track case progress and regularly update the team on each lead's status.

  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong service mind and client-oriented attitude.
  • High adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
