Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:
-Prepare sales-related documents such as quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and proposals, ensure the completion of documents.
-Provide support to the sales team: such as scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and preparing presentations for the sales team.
-Coordinate and follow up with related parties to ensure the smooth sales processes. Coordinate with internal staff for any matters related to sales activities.
-Assist in maintaining good relationships with customers, coordinate with them.
-Assist in preparing events or activities related to sales, such as trade shows and seminars.
-Organize e-bidding events or prepare documents for bidding competitions, including TOR documentation, quotations, and comparative details.
-Record sales data in the system and generate reports.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in any related field.
-At least 1-2 years experiences in the field of IT functions or Sales Admin functions.
-Good command in English
-Have strong coordination and negotiation skills, energetic and fast learner.
-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
-Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and pressure.
