We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our growing business. This role is responsible for coordinating sales & marketing activities, assisting with client presentations, preparing proposals, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

You will also manage marketing initiatives including social media updates, promotional campaigns, and events, helping to strengthen brand awareness and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Reporting to Sales & Marketing Director

Responsibilities


• Coordinate between the sales team, marketing team, and clients to ensure smooth operations.

• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients in both Thai and English.

• Support the sales team with presentation, documentation, quotations, invoicing and product/service information.

• Collect, analyze, and prepare sales and marketing performance reports, as well as customer data for strategic planning.

• Prepare and implement marketing content and related work for publication on the company's social media platforms.

• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate project coordination.

• Provide daily project updates and progress reports to clients.

• Handle administrative tasks, communications, and other assignments as required.


Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong work efficiency.

• Excellent command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

• TOEIC score of 650 or above (or equivalent).

• Strong presentation and communication skills.

• Highly responsible, punctual, and able to work well under pressure.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, office software, and digital marketing and social media tools.

• Detail-oriented.

• Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
