About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and strategic content professional to lead
Content Strategic Planning and Acquisition
for True Visions and Media. This role plays a key part in shaping our content direction, acquiring world-class entertainment, and ensuring our audiences enjoy the best viewing experience across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze media landscapes, industry trends, and competitors to identify content opportunities.
  • Develop annual and monthly content strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead negotiations for content acquisition, licensing, and partnership deals.
  • Oversee production and co-production projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage content release and marketing plans in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Review and negotiate contracts, manage payments, and handle material delivery.
  • Track and report content performance with key insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Media, Marketing, or related field
    .
  • Minimum
    10 years of experience
    in the media or entertainment industry — especially in
    TV, OTT, or streaming platforms
    .
  • Deep understanding of global content programming and entertainment business trends.
  • Strong
    strategic planning
    ,
    negotiation
    , and
    analytical
    skills.
  • Financial management knowledge, including budget forecasting and reporting.
  • Fluent in
    Thai and English
    , both written and spoken.
  • Creative, proactive, and adaptable to new technologies and changing market trends.
