About the role
We're seeking a Creative Content Creator who's passionate about crafting stories that connect with audiences across digital-first platforms. This role blends creativity, storytelling, and execution, covering everything from ideation to production. You'll create content that captures attention and drives engagement across social media, websites, and campaigns. Working closely with the creative director, designers, and strategists, you'll help shape brand narratives through compelling posts, videos, and interactive formats.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative content ideas and formats for social, digital, and branded campaigns
Write and edit content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Produce copy, captions, and scripts that align with campaign tone and brand voice
Collaborate with designers to bring content concepts to life visually
Manage content calendars, ensuring timely publishing across channels
Adapt content for different formats (short-form video, reels, stories, blog posts, etc.)
Stay up to date with trends, memes, and cultural conversations to keep content fresh and relevant
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Media, Journalism,
or related field3+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (agency or brand side)
Strong writing and storytelling skills across short- and long-form content
Proficiency in content production tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite; Premiere/After Effects a plus)
Familiarity with social media publishing tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Studio, etc.)
Understanding of social media formats, engagement tactics, and content best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines
Bonus points
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or photography
Familiarity with SEO and web content optimization
Proficiency with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly)
Comfort with hosting/appearing in content (on-camera personality)
Knowledge of influencer marketing and KOL collaborations
