We're on a mission to onboard a new wave of investors into crypto, and we're seeking a social media strategist who knows how to balance creativity with performance and amplify a message with major impact. Key Responsibilities :-

  1. Strategic Planning & Brand Communication

  2. Develop and execute the social media communication strategy aligned with brand positioning and business objectives as a Digital Asset Broker.

  3. Craft strategic narratives and content frameworks that educate, engage, and build trust within the digital asset investor community.
  4. Ensure all messages comply with the Thai SEC's advertising and communication guidelines.

  5. Platform Ownership & Content Management. Responsible for managing and optimizing digital presence across:

  6. Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google SEO/Blog.

  7. Build and maintain a centralized content calendar with clear publishing schedules and campaign coordination.
  8. Utilize AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion AI, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) to enhance creative production, caption quality, and posting efficiency.

  9. Paid Media & Performance Optimization

  10. Plan, execute, and monitor paid media campaigns across platforms to drive awareness, traffic, and qualified lead conversions. Analyze and optimize campaign performance by tracking key metrics such as:

    • CPC (Cost per Click)
    • CPE (Cost per Engagement)
    • CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
    • Data Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  11. Conduct in-depth analysis of content performance, audience behavior, and conversion data to refine campaign strategies.

  12. Identify social trends, competitor movements, and emerging narratives within the crypto and investment ecosystem.
  13. Collaborate with SEO and performance marketing teams to enhance visibility through Google search, YouTube, and blog content.

Qualifications :-

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Social Media Strategy / Digital Marketing / Performance Optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Having investment experience or basic investment knowledge would be a strong advantage-but not required. We're ready to guide and train you.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn if into actionable insights.
