Perfect. We're Garçon — the agency behind awesome content for Spotify, Shake Shack, Topgolf, IHG, and much more. And we're looking for a Content Strategist who's ready to make waves.

As our new Content Strategist, you'll work with our creative team (photographers, videographers, designers, copywriters) to shape bold brand identities and launch head-turning social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, LINE — you name it.

You'll own the look, feel, and voice of our clients' content — from brainstorm to final edit.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Develop fresh, out-of-the-box content ideas across social media platforms
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and concept development
  • Build brand voices and translate strategy into standout visuals + messaging
  • Oversee monthly photoshoots (yes, you'll be on set and in the action)
  • Collaborate closely with our studio team to create killer content
  • Maintain quality control over all assets
  • Pitch creative strategies to clients and turn feedback into magic
  • Ensure timelines and budgets are respected with production
  • Oversee post-production, including editing, music, and final polish

YOU ARE
  • Fluent in English & Thai, with good writing and presenting skills
  • Experienced: 2+ years as a content creator or art director (agency side, ideally)
  • Organized, efficient, and good under pressure
  • Obsessed with social trends, design, and storytelling
  • Comfortable working on a production set, leading photographers, videographers, models etc.
  • A team player with a strong eye and stronger opinions (bring them)
