Commercial Execution Development Manager

Responsibilities
- Be able to identify the opportunity to enhance process and execution in each channel by analyzing information across source of data such as Margin miner, RED+ execution, and Nielsen data.
- Collaborate with relevant functions such as channel lead, commercial team, and customer marketing to action base on business opportunity in each channel.
- Key contact person to get any requirements or issue base on RED+ Survey from commercial team directly and address that by using the summary report or request further information from RED+ Analyst team.
Leading and coaching frontline people to find opportunities or solution to improve execution in outlet and present to channel lead or Manager to have good execution in the market
Act as a partner with the commercial team and Marketing team to develop strategic channel plans and lead the implementation of strategy for channel sustainable growth by reflecting the picture of success in each channel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Administrative Management / or Relevant
- At least 6+ years working experience in FMCG Company
- Experience in both modern trade and traditional trade channels would be a bonus
- Good at Mathematics and analytical skills.
- Good negotiation and people management to work with various stakeholders.
- Be able to travel periodically as assigned.
