Job Description:

  • To support and assist the team to undertake initial screening and preliminary analysis, including but not limited to technical, commercial, contractual and/or financing aspects, of the assigned projects and opportunities.
  • To develop or adapt financial modeling to conduct preliminary valuation analysis and prepare reports summarizing the findings/results.
  • To support due diligence activities and translate the findings to valuation inputs.
  • To prepare reports and presentations for the team and the management as assigned.
  • To support the team in performing the assigned transaction management and administrative work.
  • To coordinate with different groups both inside and outside the organization to ascertain and secure information needed.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance or Energy-Related Technologies.
  • Master's Degree in finance or MBA will be an advantage.
  • Experience working in the energy industry, large infrastructure businesses, or transaction advisory businesses of financial institutions.
  • Experience in positions with direct involvement in M&A or financing transactions will be viewed highly favorably.
  • Well-developed skills in financial analysis and financing modeling are required.
  • Prior work and understanding of energy/ projects will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Proficiency in Excel, and good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint etc.).
  • TOEIC score over 650 with fluency in English (speaking, reading and writing).
  • Educational, project or work experience outside of Thailand will be an advantage.
