Job Description:

  • Identify, analyze, and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality across various departments.
  • Lead and support change management efforts related to process improvements, new system implementations, and operational transformations.
  • Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools and data analysis to monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement Automation Technology solutions and Software Systems to streamline manual processes.
  • Manage and optimize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to ensure integrated and efficient resource utilization.
  • Oversee and improve aspects of the Supply Chain and Supply Chain Management (SCM) within the bank's operations, including procurement processes.
  • Develop and implement structured Operational Excellence frameworks and Workflow Management strategies.
  • Provide technical support and guidance for implemented systems and processes, ensuring their effective adoption and use.
  • Utilize Structured Query Language (SQL) for data extraction, analysis, and reporting to support operational decision-making.
  • Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across operational teams.
  • Participate in the Systems Design and implementation of new operational tools and platforms.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Operations Management or Operational Excellence roles, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with Automation Technology and Software Systems.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools and data analysis techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience with Change Management methodologies and implementation.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Solid knowledge of Supply Chain and Supply Chain Management (SCM) principles and Procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL).
  • Experience in Systems Design and Workflow Management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skill
  • High level of accountability and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to provide Technical Support and guidance effectively.
