Product Operation Specialist

, the Operations Specialist plays a central role in supporting the smooth operation of our digital products, gaming platforms, and AI-driven systems. You will act as the bridge between Product, Tech, QA, Business, and Support teams—ensuring seamless execution, timely delivery, and operational excellence across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operational Management

• Coordinate day-to-day operations between Product, Tech, QA, and Customer Support teams.

• Monitor ongoing tasks, releases, and operational requests to ensure they meet internal SLAs.

• Track incidents and follow up with relevant owners until resolution.

• Maintain strong documentation of operational activities, issue logs, and release notes.

2. Process & Workflow Optimization

• Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in current workflows.

• Develop and maintain SOPs, release checklists, and operation guidelines.

• Suggest automation improvements to reduce manual operations.

• Ensure compliance with digit7s operational standards and quality benchmarks.

3. System & Data Operations

• Monitor system dashboards, alerts, logs, and product performance metrics.

• Support DevOps/Tech Team during investigations, deployments, and post-release checks.

• Perform data verification, extraction, basic analysis, and report generation.

• Maintain accuracy and consistency across internal data and reporting systems.

4. Reporting & Insights

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for leadership.

• Track key operational KPIs: SLAs, incidents, downtime, processing time, user issues, etc.

• Provide insights and recommendations for improving platform performance.

• Assist with building dashboards or monitoring tools as needed.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Owners to support new feature rollouts and operational readiness.

• Coordinate with QA team during UAT, smoke testing, and production verification.

• Collaborate with Business/Marketing for campaign readiness and execution.

• Liaise with external vendors or partners for operation-related tasks.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in a tech/digital product environment (Gaming, FinTech, OTT, SaaS preferred).

• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and coordination skills may also apply.

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of SDLC, product lifecycle, and digital platform operations.

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Notion, ClickUp, Trello, Confluence, etc.

• Ability to read system logs, dashboards, or basic SQL queries (nice to have).

• Familiar with analytics tools (GA4, Data Studio, PostHog) is an advantage.
