Operations Manager

Join Allianz Partners—the market leader in automotive roadside assistance. As Operations Manager – Automotive Roadside Assistance, you'll build and manage a high-performing provider network and oversee end-to-end case operations for a nationwide operation across Thailand. You'll lead a mixed team (RSA specialists, field technicians, towing partners, back office, and third parties) and drive digital tools and service standards to boost speed, quality, and customer outcomes—collaborating with local and overseas teams and working closely with dealers and customers to keep drivers moving and deliver a best-in-class roadside experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead the team: manage RSA specialists, coordinate the towing/flatbed network (internal and external), oversee field technicians and back-office support; coach, support, and develop the team for high performance.
• Manage roadside assistance cases end to end: remove bottlenecks, resolve field issues, handle escalations, and ensure safe, timely service.
• Drive digital solutions and SLAs: champion dispatch apps, provider portals, and dashboards; track performance against SLAs and produce clear reports for management and clients.
• Engage stakeholders: address field complaints, liaise with dealers and customers, and provide actionable insights to Operations and Business Development.
• Develop and maintain the provider network: qualify, onboard, and sustain towing/flatbed partners, mobile technicians, and dealer partners; integrate them into our digital systems.
• Own billing integrity: reconcile provider invoices, share supporting data, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions to increase transparency and accelerate billing.
• Train and uplift partners: deliver SOP and reporting training; support Business Development with your automotive/mechanical know-how.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in operations management, especially in automotive, motor insurance, roadside assistance, logistics, or similar industries.
• Experience with process and performance improvement.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with ERP systems, data, MS Excel, presentation tools, and AI tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and data management skills; self-motivated, detail-oriented, and effective with changing priorities.
• Good English and Thai communication skills.

Good to have

• Data analysis skills (turn operational data into insights and actions).
• Experience with Power BI or other BI tools.
• EV exposure (knowledge of electric vehicle roadside needs).
• Training facilitation experience.
• Multi-location operations management and willingness to travel.
• Experience collaborating with overseas teams.
