Key Account Executive

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Modern Trade customers on activity and promotion planning.
- Develop sales budgets and activity plans to achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with the team to support in-store activations and promotional activities.
- Monitor sales and distribution performance, taking timely actions to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular store visits to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews with customers.
- Evaluate brand marketing campaigns and projects, review business plans, year-to-date sales, and address business challenges with customers.
- Analyze market opportunities, review competitive activities, and assess historical sales data for insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Key Account Executive in Modern Trade.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables) and sale number calculation.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with TTA (Trading Terms Agreement), NPD forms (New Product Development), JBP (Joint Business Plan), and sales planning.
- Patient, adaptable, and quick to learn.
- Open-minded, flexible, and collaborative team player.
