Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Modern Trade customers on activity and promotion planning.
  • Develop sales budgets and activity plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Work closely with the team to support in-store activations and promotional activities.
  • Monitor sales and distribution performance, taking timely actions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular store visits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews with customers.
  • Evaluate brand marketing campaigns and projects, review business plans, year-to-date sales, and address business challenges with customers.
  • Analyze market opportunities, review competitive activities, and assess historical sales data for insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Key Account Executive in Modern Trade.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables) and sale number calculation.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with TTA (Trading Terms Agreement), NPD forms (New Product Development), JBP (Joint Business Plan), and sales planning.
  • Patient, adaptable, and quick to learn.
  • Open-minded, flexible, and collaborative team player.
