Job Opening: Senior Accountant

Location: Chatuchak, Bangkok Employment Type: Full-time Department: Accounting Report to: Accounting Manager

We are the distribution of pharmaceutical products in Thailand dedicated to maintaining financial excellence and compliance. We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to contribute to our accounting and financial reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities

Account Payable:

· Record AP transactions accurately and timely in the accounting system.

· Verify invoice accuracy, tax deduction (WHT), and supporting documents.

· Reconcile AP sub-ledger with the General Ledger.

· Prepare and process supplier payments on due dates.

· Prepare and submit VAT and WHT filings (PND 3, 53, 54, PP36).

General Ledger (GL):

· Prepare and post monthly standard journal entries.

· Reconcile all GL accounts including cash, payables, and receivables.

· Review monthly financial reports and support internal reporting.

· Maintain supporting schedules for balance sheet items.

· Manage foreign currency transactions and revaluation.

· Record and review petty cash and employee reimbursements.

Others:

· Coordinate with other departments for documentation and accounting inputs.

· Maintain neat and organized accounting files.

· Support team members with accounting knowledge and urgent tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in AP and GL accounting.

· Knowledge of Thai tax regulations and tax filing procedures.

· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

· High attention to detail, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills.
