to lead our accounting operations, streamline financial processes, and help drive our companys growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily finance and accounting operations such as Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable processing based on company Standard Operating Procedures
  • Assist on preparing monthly management accounts and quarterly financial reports
  • Preparing listing, schedules and inter-company matrix on a monthly basis Compiling and gathering financial data for various reporting purposes.
  • Minimal involvement in business operations that requires finance departments verification work done.
  • Assist in comparing historical results against budgets and forecasts, and performing variance analysis
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements
  • Assist in the preparation of cash flow projection
  • Assist with audits, including internal and external audits
  • Undertake any other finance-related matters or ad-hoc projects

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
  • 5 years of relevant experience, exposure in technology company is an advantage
  • Experience in Finance and Accounting Operations
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office, and related accounting software (i.e.Xero)
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure Organised and detailed oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ethics, with the ability to safeguarding confidential data
