Responsibilities

Business developments

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and create new potential customers for automation projects.
  • Create market awareness through preparation of programmes such as exhibitions and attend networking events.
  • Build, maintain and improve interpersonal relationships with potential clients.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Sales process and projects implementations

  • Conduct studies to solve issues that customers are currently facing.
  • Preparation of sales documents such as proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate and secure sales contracts while protecting the company's interests.
  • Plan and manage the development project, ensuring operations follow schedules and budgets with Project Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems, materials control systems, and PLCs is advantageous.
  • Experiences with AMR, AGV, robots, or vision systems is an advantage.
  • Sales experience in the engineering industry preferred.
  • Capable of managing projects and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Positive attitude, eager to learn, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Skilled in SOLIDWORKS or similar design tools (ZWCAD, AUTOCAD).
  • Native Thai speaker with good proficiency in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
