Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Integrated Marketing General Manager to lead the end-to-end marketing function across creative, content, digital, performance, operations, and events. This role oversees a full-spectrum marketing team, delivering campaigns and brand experiences that drive commercial success, customer engagement, and market growth. The ideal candidate blends strategic oversight with a deep understanding of operational execution, leading cross-functional teams while managing performance across online and offline initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Integrated Marketing Leadership

  2. Develop and implement holistic marketing strategies that align with brand positioning, sales targets, and business growth objectives

  3. Lead planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns (digital, retail, content, events)
  4. Ensure consistency of messaging, brand tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints

  5. Team & Functional Management

  6. Oversee 4 marketing sub-functions:

  7. Design & Creative – Lead development of brand assets, packaging, and campaign visuals

  8. Content & Activations – Guide content creation, social media, and on-ground brand activations
  9. Marketing Ops & Enablement – Ensure campaign tracking, workflow optimization, and internal coordination. Oversee execution of corporate events, exhibitions, trade shows, and product launches
  10. Digital Marketing – Supervise SEO/SEM, website management, CRM, and lead generation.

  11. Performance Marketing & Optimization

  12. Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms

  13. Oversee media strategy and hands-on execution of paid ads to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and ROAS
  14. Conduct A/B testing, creative iterations, and audience segmentation to improve conversion and lower CAC
  15. Monitor daily/weekly ad performance and optimize campaigns in real time based on data insights
  16. Work closely with design and content teams to create high-performing creatives that align with brand and funnel objectives
  17. Consolidate campaign results and generate reporting dashboards for internal stakeholders and leadership

  18. Cross-functional & Commercial Collaboration

  19. Partner with Sales, R&D, and Commercial teams to ensure marketing aligns with business priorities

  20. Liaise with external agencies, media partners, and distributors (7-Eleven)
  21. Support new product go-to-market strategies and innovation pipelines

  22. Budget & Resource Management

  23. Own the full marketing budget across functions and campaigns

  24. Allocate and monitor spending with focus on ROI and business impact.

6. Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to understand market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the food manufacturing industry
  • Proven experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional marketing teams
  • Deep experience in brand management, digital performance, and campaign execution
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication, people management skills, and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for workflow optimization
  • Fluent in Thai and English
