Position Summary

The KOL & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for driving Nu Chapter Hotels' brand presence through effective KOL/influencer collaborations and supporting wider marketing initiatives. This role manages end-to-end influencer campaigns — from identifying and negotiating with KOLs, coordinating content creation, and ensuring brand alignment — while also assisting the marketing team with digital campaigns, content management, and cross-department coordination. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and passionate about hospitality, with strong communication and relationship-building skills

Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Strategy & Management

  • Identification & Outreach: Proactively research, identify, vet, and pitch relevant influencers, content creators, and media partners (local and international) whose audience, aesthetic, and values align with the Nu Chapter Hotels brand.

  • Campaign Execution: Manage all aspects of influencer collaborations, from initial contact, negotiation of deliverables (e.g., room nights, experiences, compensation), drafting and finalizing contracts, scheduling stays, and coordinating logistics with internal hotel operations teams.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term, genuine relationships with a network of high-quality creators and media for sustained brand advocacy.

  • Content Alignment: Ensure all generated influencer content meets brand guidelines, captures the hotel's unique selling points and atmosphere, and adheres to all legal and ethical disclosure requirements.

2. Digital Marketing Coordination

  • Reporting & Analytics: Track, measure, and analyze the performance of all influencer campaigns (e.g., reach, engagement, media value, booking conversions) and provide detailed, actionable reports and insights to the marketing team.

  • Content Repurposing: Coordinate with the social media and content teams to acquire, manage usage rights, and strategically repurpose the best influencer-generated content (IGC) across all brand channels (organic social, paid ads, website, email).

  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor influencer activity and industry trends in the luxury hospitality and digital marketing space to maintain a fresh, innovative strategy.

  • Marketing Support: Assist the Marketing Team with the execution of broader digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing coordination, website content updates, and organizing photography/videography shoots.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Administration

  • Internal Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the Marketing team and internal hotel departments (Front Office, Reservations, F&B, Spa) to ensure seamless influencer experiences.

  • Media Cross-Department Coordination: Act as the central point of contact to receive and manage graphic design requirements from various hotel departments (e.g., F&B promotions, in-house signage). Coordinate the execution of these requests with our external/outsource graphic designer to ensure timely delivery and brand compliance.

  • Marketing-Related Documentation & Payment: Systematically manage and maintain all essential marketing records, including influencer contracts, vouchers issued for partnerships, comprehensive campaign documentation, and processing all marketing-related payments in coordination with the Finance and Marketing teams.

  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the influencer marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring maximum ROI for all partnerships.

Qualifications

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a PR role, preferably within the luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle industry.

  • Proven track record of managing and executing successful end-to-end influencer campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and travel blogs.

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English for professional, persuasive influencer outreach and internal reporting.

  • Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate favorable terms and deliverables with influencers and their agents, ensuring value for the brand.

  • Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple projects, contracts, and timelines simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail.

  • Data-Driven & Tech Savvy: Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social platform insights) and a demonstrable ability to utilize Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) for tasks like drafting communications, brainstorming creative concepts, and improving workflow efficiency.

  • Creative Mindset: A keen eye for luxury aesthetics and brand-appropriate content, with the ability to brainstorm unique collaboration ideas that showcase the property.

  • Hospitality Focus: A natural passion for the luxury travel/hotel industry and a commitment to providing excellent service and relationship management.
