An Admin/Back-Office Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of ShardLab's Bangkok office, including administrative, HR, finance coordination, and office logistics.

What You Will Do:

  • Oversee and manage all administrative and back-office tasks for the Bangkok office
  • Liaise with external partners such as legal, accounting, and HR service providers to support company operations
  • Collect, organize, and submit receipts and financial documents to our external accounting firm on a monthly basis
  • Maintain office supplies, vendor communication, and general workspace organization
  • Support employee onboarding/offboarding, payroll-related documentation, and company record keeping
  • Assist with scheduling, team logistics, and coordinating internal or external meetings as needed

What We Expect From You:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills in both Thai and English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and basic spreadsheet tools

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in startup, tech, or VC-backed organizations
  • Prior exposure to back-office functions including finance or HR coordination
  • Comfortable working with international teams and remote-first environments
  • Familiarity with basic accounting or finance processes
  • Interest in blockchain, fintech, or emerging technologies
  • Communication skill in Korean
