About the role

GREEN TECH VENTURES PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED' is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead the company forward in its mission to drive sustainable innovation in Energy and Real Estate sector. As the CEO, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company and ensuring the execution of key initiatives that support its long-term growth and profitability. This full-time position will be based in our headquarters in Pathum Wan, Bangkok.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing strategic leadership and direction to the executive team to ensure the company achieves its short and long-term goals
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of the company's business and operational plans
  • Driving innovation and the development of new business to meet evolving market demands
  • Fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement across the organization
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners and regulators
  • Representing the company at industry events and engaging with the media to raise the company's profile
  • Ensuring the company operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and ethical standards

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success as a CEO or senior executive in the green technology or sustainability sector
  • Extensive experience in leading high-performing teams and driving organization transformation
  • Exceptional strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and driving profitability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus
  • Passion for sustainability and a deep understanding of the green technology landscape
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a postgraduate qualification highly desirable
