Position Overview

We are seeking a highly driven International Export Sales Specialist to support and expand our International/European market portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical thinking, customer relationship management, and cross-cultural communication skills — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global sales environment.

You will serve as the central link between regional customers, internal cross-functional teams, and global Carrier offices to ensure seamless business operations, order management, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive international sales operations for the Europe region — from quotation, order processing, shipment coordination, to post-sales support.
• Collaborate with distributors, sales offices, and key customers to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with factory, logistics, finance, and technical teams to ensure on-time delivery and smooth execution of customer orders.
• Analyze market trends and sales performance to identify growth opportunities and support the development of regional business strategies.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pricing proposals in alignment with regional sales objectives.
• Support new product introductions (NPI) and marketing initiatives in target international markets.
• Build long-term customer relationships by delivering a professional and proactive service experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or Engineering.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in international sales, customer support, or export coordination — preferably within HVAC, home appliances, or industrial products.
• Familiar export documentation, Incoterms, and international trade regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Experience working with international clients or distributors is highly desirable.
