PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Managing project delivery, timeline, project progress and adapting work as required.
- Leading project discovery and planning sessions.
- Collaborate and work with our diverse global teams. Acting as an intermediary between leadership, business, and IT development teams to ensure project execution.
- Coordinating both external and internal parties and managing relationships between stakeholders.
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
- Participating in vendor process i.e., design, submission, and review.
- Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for managements.
- Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary and securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 4-6 years of relevant experience with project management.
- Experience in financial industry, brokerage and banking are preferred.
- Be able to understand how project run and influence all stakeholders to deliver the expected works.
- Fluency in Thai and English (verbal & written) is a must. Mandarin is preferable, as there is daily engagement with Chinese counterparts in China.
- Proficient in MS office and Excel.
- Be a good team player with a positive and constructive attitude.
- Able to multi-task well.
