Head of Human Resources Business Partner

Job Description
- Serve as a strategic HR advisor to retail business leaders, covering
BU / Area / PC
structures - Oversee end-to-end HRBP activities for branches and retail units, including
workforce planning, organization design, talent & succession planning - Lead and govern key HR areas such as
employee relations, performance management, talent development, and disciplinary actions - Analyze HR and business performance data to recommend strategies that improve productivity and reduce employee turnover
- Lead, coach, and manage a
large HRBP team
across head office and multi-location retail branches - Partner closely with Line Managers and Area Managers to resolve complex people and labor relations issues
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements relevant to retail operations
- Support business initiatives such as
new store openings, store renovations, business expansion, and organizational restructuring - Travel regularly to branches and regional areas to monitor HR operations and provide on-site support
Job Specifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Proven experience as an
HR Business Partner in Retail / Chain Store / Multi-site businesses - Experience managing
Business Units, Areas, or Profit Centers (PC) - Strong experience leading and managing
large, distributed HR teams - Solid understanding of retail operations and large-scale workforce management
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
- Strategic mindset with strong execution and leadership skills
