Job Description

  • Serve as a strategic HR advisor to retail business leaders, covering 
    BU / Area / PC
     structures
  • Oversee end-to-end HRBP activities for branches and retail units, including 
    workforce planning, organization design, talent & succession planning
  • Lead and govern key HR areas such as 
    employee relations, performance management, talent development, and disciplinary actions
  • Analyze HR and business performance data to recommend strategies that improve productivity and reduce employee turnover
  • Lead, coach, and manage a 
    large HRBP team
     across head office and multi-location retail branches
  • Partner closely with Line Managers and Area Managers to resolve complex people and labor relations issues
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements relevant to retail operations
  • Support business initiatives such as 
    new store openings, store renovations, business expansion, and organizational restructuring
  • Travel regularly to branches and regional areas to monitor HR operations and provide on-site support

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Proven experience as an 
    HR Business Partner in Retail / Chain Store / Multi-site businesses
  • Experience managing 
    Business Units, Areas, or Profit Centers (PC)
  • Strong experience leading and managing 
    large, distributed HR teams
  • Solid understanding of retail operations and large-scale workforce management
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution and leadership skills
