About the Location
Our flagship wellness destination in Silom spans five beautifully designed floors, featuring indoor and semi-outdoor hot pools overlooking the city, seven private spa suites, and a signature restaurant and bar. Purposefully crafted as an atmospheric urban retreat, it offers elevated wellness experiences for both international travelers and local guests.
About the Role
The Assistant Manager will support the Manager in all aspects of pre-opening and post-opening operations. This includes assisting with service standard development, participating in staff recruitment and training, coordinating operational readiness, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly across wellness pools, spa suites and guest service/F&B touchpoints. You will help maintain a harmonious environment, drive team performance, and consistently deliver thoughtful, luxury-standard guest care.
Key Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
• Assist in pre-opening preparations, including SOP development, service standards, team onboarding and training coordination.
• Support day-to-day operations of hot pools, spa suites and guest/F&B service areas to ensure refined, efficient service flow.
• Maintain luxury wellness standards and support the creation of a serene and restorative environment.
• Help supervise, coach and motivate team members, fostering a culture of professionalism, mindfulness and guest-centered service.
• Coordinate scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, safety and cross-departmental communication.
• Assist in the implementation of wellness menu offerings and programming.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience—greet guests, support registration/check-in, anticipate needs and resolve concerns with grace.
• Handle spa reservations, guest check-ins and provide informed recommendations on treatments and services.
• Support retail performance through upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
• Perform other operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 3–5 years relevant experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, spa or premium retail environments; prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in wellness, spa and/or F&B operations.
• Pre-opening experience is highly advantageous.
• Solid understanding of luxury service standards with strong attention to detail.
• Strong leadership potential with the ability to guide, support and motivate teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Friendly, energetic and service-driven personality with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Immaculate grooming and professional presentation.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays as required.
• Spa management certification is a plus.
• Male candidates are preferred due to our predominantly male guest profile.
