Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for an Assistant Manager, based in Bangkok City, Thailand, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, support team management, and ensure the seamless execution of projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers and clients, maintaining high-quality service standards, analyzing business performance, and driving process improvements. The role also involves assisting in strategic decision-making, reporting, and effective team collaboration to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
  • Proficiency in project coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making
  • Experience in supplier and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement tools
  • Adaptability to hybrid working environments and ability to work effectively both on-site and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the printing or manufacturing industry is an advantage
