About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Berlin's Doner Kebab (Thailand) CO., LTD.,' a leading quick-service restaurant (QSR) brand, as an Assistant Manager - Operations (QSR). Based in Bangkok, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our restaurants, contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Support day-to-day operations across assigned branches.
  • Conduct routine store visits to monitor performance, cleanliness, and adherence to SOPs.
  • Coordinate with store managers to address staffing, inventory, or customer service issues.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members to ensure operational standards are understood and followed.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide feedback to senior operations leadership to help improve systems, processes, and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
  • Assist with launching new branches and supporting marketing or training initiatives.
  • Handle basic reporting and administrative duties related to operational needs.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to implement business strategies, improve store performance, and support overall business growth

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in QSR or retail industry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel between branches.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Microsoft office knowledge: excel, google sheet, word, power point
  • Driving license and preferably having vehicle
