Key Account Executive

We are seeking a highly driven Key Account Executive focused on driving and securing sales across key e-commerce marketplaces: MakroPro, Amaze, Line, and new emerging platforms. This is a critical commercial role centered on converting digital presence into tangible revenue and is ideal for a professional who excels at operational excellence and high accountability.
Core Responsibilities: Managing and Executing Growth
The KAM's role is defined by the following core actions, including but not limited to seamless cross-functional management:
- Financial Performance: Achieving and exceeding all Sales Targets (GMV). This involves collaborating directly with the Finance Team on budget management and profit analysis.
- Supply Chain Management: Leading Stock Planning and inventory forecasting. This critical function requires coordinating with the Production Planner and the Fulfillment Team to maintain optimal stock levels and efficient logistics.
- Platform Management: Executing effective Product Merchandising strategies across all accounts. This also involves providing necessary Operation Support to the Online Trade Team whenever platform-level issues arise.
- Content and Technical Integration: Initiating campaign content by creating detailed Artwork Briefs for the Graphic Designer and aligning promotional efforts with the Online Marketing Team. Furthermore, documenting and articulating specific API Requirements when needed ensures robust system integration.
Qualification;
- Experience: Bringing 1–2 years of professional experience in E-commerce, FMCG, Sales, or Merchandising.
- Aptitude: Demonstrating strong analytical skills, maintaining exceptional organization, and possessing a proactive, quick-learning digital mindset.
- Work Style: Thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple complex priorities simultaneously.
- Education: Holding a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
