Our client is a platform which sells food and treats, cat litter, fashion items, accessories, grooming care, and products that will improve the pet population's quality of life. 

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Loop Accounting & Financial Closing

  • Manage end-to-end accounting processes (AP, AR, GL, inventory, costing).
  • Prepare and check accounting documents: payment vouchers, invoices, receipts, and tax reports.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of ledger entries.

Sales Accounting (Multi-Channel)

  • Handle sales accounting for e-commerce (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Website) and B2B (consignment, wholesale, modern trade).
  • Verify sales transactions, discounts, commissions, platform fees, and promotions.
  • Reconcile payments from online platforms and marketplaces.

Cost Accounting

  • Manage product costing, including raw materials, labour, and overheads.
  • Prepare standard costs and analyze cost variances.
  • Work with warehouse/production teams to track stock movements.

Import & Export Accounting

  • Handle accounting transactions related to import/export.
  • Verify shipping documents, freight, duties, and related costs.
  • Ensure accurate cost allocation for overseas shipments.

Tax & Compliance

  • Prepare monthly VAT and withholding tax submissions.
  • Maintain proper tax records and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate with auditors and government authorities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Production, and Management.
  • Improve internal accounting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is a must.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in accounting for all functions such as AP/AR/GL.
  • Able to close month-end and year-end (CPD).
  • Fair command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong background in MS Office, especially in Excel.
  • Work 5 days/week near BTS Phrakanong.
  • Experience in retail/wholesale accounting, e-commerce platforms, and multi-channel sales is preferred.
  • Program: TR cloud.
  • Familiar with marketplace accounting (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
  • Experience working with shipping agents and logistics partners.
  • Knowledge of OEM or factory costing.
