Accounting Consultant

About the Role

Quantium Technology is looking for an Accounting Consultant (Client Solutions Analyst / Associate) to support the implementation and adoption of our accounting and financial software for enterprise and international clients.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and usability of accounting data and system outputs during client onboarding and ongoing usage.

This role is particularly well-suited for candidates from audit or accounting backgrounds who are looking to transition into a client-facing consulting role, while continuing to apply strong accounting and reconciliation skills.

You will work closely with clients, Product, Engineering, and QA teams, and are expected to participate in meetings with international clients in English to clarify requirements, explain results, and support successful system adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accounting data validation and migration from client systems into Quantium's platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Review and reconcile general ledgers, balance sheets, financial statements, and bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between source data and system-generated outputs
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in debit/credit entries, dashboards, and financial reports, working closely with internal teams
• Participate in client meetings (in English) to gather requirements, clarify accounting logic, and explain system outputs
• Support client onboarding by guiding users on system features, interpreting financial reports, and explaining accounting workflows within the platform
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to test new or enhanced features, validate accounting logic, and suggest improvements
• Create and maintain functional documentation, including specifications, test cases, and user manuals
• Support user adoption through training sessions, Q&A support, and post-implementation follow-ups

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in audit, accounting, financial analysis, ERP implementation, or system-related roles
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including debit/credit, reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Familiarity with financial systems, ERP software, or data migration is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
• Business-level English — able to participate confidently in meetings with international clients and explain accounting results
• Comfortable working in a client-facing environment, even when responsibilities are data-focused
• Organized, proactive, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
