The Role

As a Consultant in Rewards Data Intelligence (RDI), you will become a key player in collecting solid and up to date market data through a wide variety of compensation and benefits surveys and you will work on related client projects. You are expected to become a primary relationship manager for key client groups across multiple countries (Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Cambodia). We offer you a very steep learning curve, and we expect you to create and grab opportunities whenever they arise

  • Collect compensation and benefits data, conducting checks and validation as well as data analysis
  • Ensure client's understanding of survey content and methodology
  • Help our clients ensure that their reward programs are competitive by performing benchmarking analysis
  • Help raise client awareness of products and services and identify sales opportunities
  • Assist senior consultants to ensure client satisfaction and engagement from pre-sales through post-sales
  • Support the day-to-day relationship of large accounts under the guidance of the senior consultants
  • Support preparation and participate in (sometimes lead) client-facing meetings and presentations
  • Conduct a wide variety of compensation and benefits surveys and related projects
  • Partner with senior consultants and clients to design compensation programs to attract, reward and retain talent

The Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, economics, psychology, political sciences, actuarial, cultural studies or any related faculties
  • Interest in HR; consulting; sales or revenue-generation; market surveys or statistics/ data
  • Based in Thailand with native-level Thai language proficiency
  • Desire to work with multiple clients across the world and sectors and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills; accuracy and attention to details
  • Proactive, flexible and have a can-do mentality
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Commercial mindset when communicating with clients/prospects
