Operating as the Thai arm of Validus, one of Southeast Asia's largest SME financing platforms, Siam Validus has built robust partnerships with corporates and B2B platforms to enhance SME lending within local supply chains. With operations based in Bangkok, it is the first foreign fintech firm in Thailand to receive a debenture crowdfunding license from the SEC.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Analyst based in Bangkok City, Thailand, with opportunities for remote work. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to uncover actionable insights for business decision-making. The role involves creating reports, developing data models, evaluating trends, and supporting strategic initiatives to enhance SME lending processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and communicating findings to stakeholders will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Data Analytics
  • Proficiency in Statistics and Data Modeling
  • Excellent Communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating with teams
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar for data analysis
  • Experience in the financial technology or SME financing sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science
