Data Analyst (Associate)Bangkok, Thailand (Full-time)Role OverviewWe're looking for a Data Analyst (Associate) who works efficiently with AI and knows how to turn insights into action. In this role, you'll own operational analytics while supporting strategic projects across the company. Data at Fastwork drives real decisions. We're not just building dashboards; we're building a team that connects data to business strategy. You'll work at the intersection of data, automation, and strategy — keeping systems running smoothly while helping shape business decisions.Responsibilities:Operational Analytics (60%)Maintain automated monitoring and detection systems.Build and track metrics for product features and business health.Set up tracking elements and events via Google Tag Manager.Create dashboards and alerts for key performance indicators.Ensure data quality and integrity across the platform.Strategic Projects (20%)Support new product launches with analysis and insights.Measure impact of business model experiments and initiatives.Partner with product and business teams on data-informed decisions.Build forecasting models and identify growth opportunities.AI & Automation (20%)Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate repetitive work.Build scripts and workflows using modern AI-assisted development.Help the team adopt efficient, AI-enabled ways of working.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.2–3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.Strong SQL skills (must-have).Knowledge or experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (must-have).Experience building and maintaining automated reports and dashboards.Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to work more efficiently.Self-starter who can manage recurring tasks independently.Clear communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsPython experience (or willingness to learn).Experience with operational analytics and monitoring systems.Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Scheduler).Background in product analytics or marketplace/platform businesses.Track record of using AI to automate workflows.Data Analyst StackData: BigQuery, SQL, Python, Google SheetsVisualization: Looker, MetabaseMarketing Analytics: Clevertap, Google AnalyticsAI Tools: Claude, ChatGPTPerks & BenefitsFlat StructureAs we continue to grow fast, we strive to retain our culture where everyone is heard, contributes, and grows with the company.Work-life HarmonyWe believe that quality time outside of work is important to sustaining a healthy and happy lifestyle.Remote WorkHybrid-mode activated It comes with the package: flexibility, focus and productivityUrban OfficeOne breath from Phrom Phong BTS.
