RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Greet residents and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Assist residents with various requests, including reservations, transportation, and event planning.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping staff to address resident concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
- Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of resident information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS;
- Bachelor's degree in English Major, Art-English, Humanities, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a concierge or customer service role, preferably in a luxury setting.
- 1-2 years' experience in Customer Service, Hotel, Airline, Guest Service, and Receptionist will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skill, ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members (in English and Thai).
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions is preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Can work 6 days per week.
