About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Customer Service Manager to oversee our quality assurance and customer service support functions at Krungthai Panich Insurance Public Company Limited. In this full-time role based in Bangkok, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the quality assurance team to monitor and evaluate customer service performance
  2. Provide guidance and training to the customer service team to continually improve service levels
  3. Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our service offering
  4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and queries
  5. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience
  6. Monitor and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  7. Lead, coach and motivate the customer service team to deliver outstanding results

What we're looking for

  1. Extensive experience in a customer service management role, preferably within the insurance industry
  2. Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing customer service teams
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address service delivery issues
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and stakeholders
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
  6. Proficiency in Thai and English, both written and verbal
