Working Hours:

  • 6 days per week, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Onsite position based in Thailand.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer calls to resolve issues related to international money transfers.
  • Address and troubleshoot a variety of customer service inquiries efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to management to support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
  • Strong service mindset with a focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in
    Cambodian
    for clear and accurate communication with clients.
  • Good command of
    Thai
    language.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, to meet customer service demands.
