Purpose/ Mission:
As the Senior Creative, you will play a key role in shaping and expressing MGST's bold, future-focused identity across visual channels. Reporting to the Creative Manager, you will design and deliver compelling content that brings to life our mission of sustainable steelmaking. From concept to execution, you will lead the visual storytelling that supports corporate communications, investor relations, employer branding, and community engagement.
This role requires a strong design sensibility, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work across formats—from digital campaigns to environmental graphics—while maintaining consistency and excellence in visual execution. Your work will directly support the company's Asset Development Strategy, ensuring brand consistency, enhancing visual identity, and enabling scalable content creation across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Multimedia Content Creation
- Lead the creation of visual assets across digital, social, print, and environmental formats.
- Produce photo and video content for in-house use, including site footage, executive interviews, production process, and event documentation.
- Develop branded templates, diagrams, and infographics to translate technical processes (e.g. green HBI, DRI, CBAM-readiness) into compelling narratives.
Digital Content & Campaigns
- Create graphics and layouts for multi-platform campaigns, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter), tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate on video storyboards, carousels, animation assets, and other multimedia content that drives engagement.
- Ensure strong visual hierarchy and storytelling across MGST's digital presence.
Internal Asset Development
- Co-create MGST's internal multimedia library: image and video bank, employee branding toolkit, and template system for stakeholder presentations.
- Maintain metadata and file management processes to ensure easy retrieval and brand compliance.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing and HR teams to support training, onboarding, and branded internal communications.
Collaboration & Execution
- Partner with the Engineering, Project, Renewables, PR and HR teams to deliver end-to-end visual executions.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and manage consistency across all materials.
- When needed, manage freelancers or external creative vendors for specialist content production.
Innovation & Trend Awareness
- Stay up to date with the latest design, social media, and visual storytelling trends, including motion design, interactive formats, and platform-specific creative best practices (e.g., LinkedIn carousels, Instagram Reels).
- Monitor emerging creative technologies such as generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway) and explore their ethical, strategic use to enhance productivity and elevate MGST's creative output.
- Research creative output from sustainability leaders, industrial innovators, and B2B brands to ensure MGST remains visually relevant and distinctive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
- Support the Creative Manager in all relevant tasks where requested.
Requirements/ Skills/ Experience:
- 3-5+ years of creative or graphic design experience, ideally in industrial, B2B, or sustainability-focused sectors.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and familiarity with Blender and AI tools.
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, storytelling, and attention to detail.
- Experience in developing brand-consistent visuals across both digital and physical media.
- Able to simplify complex ideas into effective visual communication.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-performance environment with multiple stakeholders.
Required Education/ Qualification/ Training:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Creative Media, or a related discipline.
Required Language Proficiency:
- Thai - Fluent
