Role OverviewWe're looking for a Senior Motion & Visual Designer to join our team and help bring FOOFOO's brand to life. This role requires a highly creative and proactive designer who can craft engaging visuals, animations, and campaign assets. You'll be working closely with the marketing and branding team to create impactful designs across digital, social, and experiential platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of visuals for campaigns, digital content, social media, and brand communications.
• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations (After Effects is a must).
• Develop engaging visual storytelling for campaigns, presentations, and product launches.
• Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate workflows and explore creative possibilities.
• Maintain brand consistency while bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, events) to deliver on creative needs.
• Stay up-to-date with design, animation, and AI trends to push creative boundaries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in design, motion graphics, or multimedia design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion design (After Effects projects required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools (MidJourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, and branding.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently under tight deadlines.
• Bonus: Experience in UI/UX or 3D design is a plus.

เรากำลังมองหานักออกแบบ Motion & Visual ระดับอาวุโสที่มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์สูงและทำงานเชิงรุก เพื่อมาร่วมสร้างสรรค์และขับเคลื่อนภาพลักษณ์ของแบรนด์ FOOFOO ให้โดดเด่น

ตำแหน่งนี้จะมีบทบาทสำคัญในการออกแบบภาพเคลื่อนไหว วิชวล และสื่อแคมเปญต่าง ๆ โดยร่วมงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับทีมการตลาดและแบรนด์ เพื่อสร้างผลงานที่น่าจดจำในทุกช่องทาง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นสื่อดิจิทัล โซเชียลมีเดีย หรือกิจกรรมแบรนด์

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

• นำการออกแบบและสร้างสรรค์สื่อภาพสำหรับแคมเปญ คอนเทนต์ดิจิทัล โซเชียลมีเดีย และการสื่อสารของแบรนด์
• สร้างโมชั่นกราฟิกและแอนิเมชันคุณภาพสูง (จำเป็นต้องมีทักษะ After Effects)
• พัฒนาเนื้อหาเชิงเล่าเรื่อง (visual storytelling) สำหรับแคมเปญ งานนำเสนอ และการเปิดตัวสินค้า
• ใช้เครื่องมือออกแบบที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วย AI เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานและเปิดมุมมองใหม่ของความคิดสร้างสรรค์
• รักษาความสม่ำเสมอของแบรนด์ พร้อมนำเสนอไอเดียใหม่ ๆ ที่สดและน่าสนใจ
• ร่วมงานกับทีมต่าง ๆ (เช่น การตลาด ผลิตภัณฑ์ และกิจกรรม) เพื่อส่งมอบงานออกแบบตามความต้องการ
• ติดตามเทรนด์ใหม่ ๆ ด้านดีไซน์ แอนิเมชัน และ AI เพื่อพัฒนาและยกระดับคุณภาพงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ

• มีประสบการณ์ในด้านการออกแบบ โมชั่นกราฟิก หรือมัลติมีเดียอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
• มีผลงาน (Portfolio) ที่แสดงให้เห็นถึงทักษะด้านโมชั่นดีไซน์ (จำเป็นต้องมีโปรเจกต์ที่ใช้ After Effects)
• มีความเชี่ยวชาญในโปรแกรม Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้เครื่องมือออกแบบด้วย AI (เช่น MidJourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion ฯลฯ)
• มีทักษะการเล่าเรื่องด้วยภาพ การจัดองค์ประกอบ และความเข้าใจในแบรนด์
• สามารถทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและอิสระภายใต้เวลาที่จำกัด
• เพิ่มเติม (Bonus): หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน UI/UX หรือ 3D Design จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
