Job Overview

Our company is representing our client who is seeking a
Senior Motion Designer

to lead high-end motion, animation, and video production across digital platforms. This role is ideal for a senior creative who combines strong motion fundamentals with storytelling, video editing expertise, and the ability to define motion systems that scale across brands.

You will play a key role in producing premium content for a telemedicine platform, supporting brand campaigns, and experimenting with AI-powered creative workflows to improve efficiency and visual output.

Key Responsibilities

Motion Design & Animation

  • Develop high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics for social media, web, and digital advertising.
  • Define and maintain motion systems, including brand behaviors, transitions, easings, and a consistent motion language across platforms.
  • Ensure all motion work enhances storytelling and brand clarity.

Video Editing & Post-Production

  • Lead post-production for brand films, interviews, and campaign-related video content.
  • Edit and refine content with strong pacing, rhythm, and visual hierarchy.

Content Creation (Healthcare / Telemedicine Focus)

  • Create dynamic, engaging visual content for the client's telemedicine platform.
  • Adapt motion and video assets for performance-driven digital channels.

Creative Strategy & Storyboarding

  • Translate abstract ideas and briefs into clear storyboards and conceptual flows prior to production.
  • Act as a senior creative voice, challenging briefs when necessary to improve output quality.

AI & Workflow Innovation

  • Experiment with and integrate AI-powered video and animation tools to streamline workflows and explore new creative aesthetics.
  • Contribute to improving production efficiency and scalability.

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of experience specializing in Motion Design and/or Video Production within an agency or studio environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Strong visual instincts with a deep understanding of pacing, rhythm, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, manage timelines, and communicate clearly.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating senior-level execution and forward-thinking motion design.

Great-to-Have

  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for asset manipulation.
  • Experience acting as a senior or lead creative, contributing to art direction and concept development.
  • Familiarity with Southeast Asian or Thai creative trends (a plus).
  • Experience working on health, wellness, or technology-driven brands.
