We're looking for designers who think, question, and push, not just execute.

Invisible Ink is a multidisciplinary creative agency working across branding, campaigns, websites, video and animation.

What You'll Do

Drive creative independently.

  • Take full responsibility for branding, design systems, campaign creative, pitch decks, and concept development.

Keep the quality high.

  • Maintain design consistency across every touchpoint. Spot layout, typography, spacing, and alignment issues before anyone else does.

Collaborate like it matters.

  • Work closely with creatives, strategists, and motion teams. Contribute actively in brainstorms, internal reviews, and cross-disciplinary sessions.

Explore and push.

  • Develop original concepts, test new formats, and expand visual identities within briefs and brand guidelines.

Communicate your thinking.

  • Give and receive constructive feedback with clarity. Present your rationale and design decisions confidently to internal teams and externally to clients.

Be fluent in the tools.

  • Work confidently in Adobe CC and Figma. Build brand systems, full decks, social content, and assets across digital and print.

Present with confidence.

  • Deliver full creative decks to clients. Support pitch narratives and help guide internal reviews.

Manage your time.

  • Own your workload across multiple briefs. Deliver on schedule and adapt when project scopes evolve.
