INNOVASIA is an American multinational distributor of premium interior fabrics, leather, and acoustic wall products for commercial interiors in hospitality, office, education, entertainment, and health care throughout Asia.
We are looking for experienced, energetic, aggressive, independent, and highly motivated professional to join our team in Thailand.
You will be trained to provide product solutions for the interior designer industry in Thailand, focusing on hotels, resorts, and health care. Innovasia's textile, leather and acoustic solutions lead the industry in terms of innovation, design, value range, durability, and function.
The Sales Executive is responsible for
- Responsible for developing new customers, maintaining a strong relationship with existing customers, and developing new revenue opportunities in the general business market.
- Responsible for achieving sales goals for all product lines in the sales region.
- Responsible for recruiting all levels of account executives, tracking key accounts, holding sales meetings, and provide a positive working atmosphere.
- Work with customers to solve a sale related customer complaint, assist with sales presentations and proposals, and ensuring that all company standards are met.
- Visiting customers regularly to promote and sell products.
- Presenting company's interior product to interior designer, architects, hospitals, schools, and hospitality spaces.
- Conduct professional presentation of company/products and services to Architects and Interior Designers awareness as well as build brand image and confidence under customer visit, Sales activities etc.
- Share idea and propose plan to support project sales penetration and supreme service.
- Other task assigned by General manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural, Interior Design, or any fields.
- At least 3 years' experience (construction, engineering, interior product sales, or similar field would be an advantage)
- Strong management and people skills e.g., sales management process.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Great interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Comfortable with technical details, familiar with CAD drawings will be an advantage)
- Good command in English
- Own car with driving license
