Job Descriptions:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve the company's sales targets in Modern Trade segment within the assigned accounts.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market opportunities, trends, and potential threats.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and potential accounts.

Distribution and Retail Visibility:

  • Ensure smooth and efficient distribution of products to modern trade outlets within the assigned accounts.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize product placement and visibility in-store.

Promotions and Merchandising:

  • Plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor merchandising standards to ensure compliance and maximum impact at the point of sale.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, supply chain, and finance, to align strategies and achieve common business objectives.

Trade Marketing:

  • Create category strategy development & guideline, focusing on pack & place.
  • Analyze EPOS sales data, consumer & shopper insight to identify opportunities in maximizing business across existing and new channels.
  • Allocate and manage promotional budget across channel to ensure optimize return on investment.
  • Provide promotion guideline and rules based on learning from post-evaluation and deliver category objectives.
  • Suggest price, promotion strategy and mechanic for new product launch and brand activation campaign.
  • Coordinate with cross-functions to implement category plan across channels.
  • Evaluate and review implemented marketing activities for developing future.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven 3-5 years of experience as Sales Executive, Buyer or a similar role in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of SuperMarket, Hypermarket, B2B, HoReCa, Distributor and retail dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive results in a competitive market.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.
