Position Objective

As the Sales Coordination Manager, you will lead and optimise sales operations while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role involves managing the sales coordination team and building strong client relationships to support the company's business goals.

Job Responsibilities: Sale Coordinator Manager

Sales and Customer Service Management

  • Plan and execute sales and customer service activities to achieve company targets.
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Evaluate and manage team performance to enhance service quality.
  • Prepare and review procurement documentation (e.g., purchase orders, contracts) to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Track and report on procurement status and identify potential issues.
  • Propose and implement improvements for greater efficiency, such as reducing unnecessary steps or adding automation.
  • Report performance and progress to senior management for feedback and support

Contract Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to agreements and conditions in sales and service contracts.
  • Coordinate with the legal department to verify the accuracy of all documents and contracts.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors, ensuring high standards of execution.

Job Qualifications: Sale Coordinator Manager

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Management , Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Major: Management, General Administration.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Customer Relationship Management role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Management and Development role.

Basic Qualifications:

  • English Skills:

  • Listening - Good

  • Speaking - Good
  • Reading - Good
  • Writing - Good
  • Computer Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics NAV).
  • Familiarity with Email and Internet usage.
