【Position】Thai Customer Service Specialist
(Internship/Work Visa Available)
【Job Responsibilities】
- As an official representative of a well-known ride-hailing platform, you will provide consultation and answer inquiries for users in Thailand via hotline or online chat, and record customer needs.
- Follow up with customers, check related information, and ensure issues are resolved and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Handle customer complaints, record feedback in a timely manner, and follow up on the resolution.
【Working Hours】
- 8 hours per day
- 2 days off per week
【Job Requirements】
- Fluent in Thai (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
- Able to communicate normally in Thai and Chinese
- Familiar with basic computer operations; Thai typing speed ≥ 40 words/minute
- Strong customer service awareness and good communication skills
【Salary & Benefits】
- Total monthly salary: RMB 6,000–7,000
- Salary paid on the 7th of every month
- International students are welcome; company can process internship visas
- Accommodation provided
