Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Our Customer Success Team is seeking a
Customer Success Associate
for our Bangkok Office to help customers maximize values of our data platform, successfully adopt our product and assist them with technical problems. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent consulting service. You will report to the Head of Customer Success and will support the adoption, retention and growth of our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries and provide assistance in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
  • Proactively follow up with internal and external stakeholders to address customer feedback.
  • Conduct product training sessions for end users.
  • Assist Customer Success Managers in preparing training materials, weekly/monthly reports, adhoc analysis reports with the provided frameworks.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement by proactively connecting with customers and understanding their needs

Qualifications and skills:

  • 1-2 years experience as a Customer Support, or similar role;
  • Good at data analysis, communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Planning & Good organization skills, honesty, and attention to detail;
  • A quick learner in new technology tool;
  • Eagerness to learn, develop, and get involved in a wide range of tasks.
