Responsibilities

· Works closely with related parties and sales subsidiaries to develop business plan (including short and long-range marketing strategy and launch plans) and conduct it.

· Manage and share key message with key stakeholders to ensure alignment all communication channels and materials.

· Responsible for overall event marketing management.

· Lead social media and content management, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement.

· Handle execution of event marketing initiatives and coordinate with Event Marketing agencies and related third parties.

· Manage and coordinate any outside agencies & vendors.

· Record, track and follow the budget.  If new opportunities arise, or unseen expenses are incurred then a revised budget should be proposed for possible adoption.

· Able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple competing high visibility tasks and deadlines.

· Conduct analysis and periodical reviews of the brand, competitive, category, customer and consumer trends to enhance the brand's equity and marketplace performance.

· Other duties as assigned by superior.

Person Specification

· Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is required.

· Experience in handling brand management, providing communications support.

· Background experiences in marketing communication and mid-to-high scale event and budget management is preferable.

· Experience in Fashion/Retail Marketing is preferred, with additional preference for watch brand marketing experience.

· Work well under high pressure and timeline constrained.

· Mature, energetic, hands-on, dedicated, trust-worthy with result-driven.

· Strong technical and analytic skills with attention to details.

· Ability to present data and conclusions in an organized, concise manner at all levels of the company.

· Have experience in international, multi-cultural / multi-layered, dynamic environment.

· Commit what you can deliver and deliver what you committed.

· Proficient with Business fluency in English.
