Main Job Purpose

·       Prepare all the customer events of the company and create excitements to motivate distribution channels and build positive attitude toward the company.

·       Prepare pre/post and in-booth marketing promotion materials design

·       Communicate and create awareness of all customer events, campaign and related projects to distributions channels.

·       Contact/Coordinate with key partners (Hospital, Department Store & Hypermarket etc.) to join Customer Event; CHC Events, Acquisition Events and KTAXA Roadshows.

·       Prepare customer data for CHC event and CHC campaign management all event.

·       Data analysts to gather information on all Event Sale Performances; CHC Events, Acquisition Events, KTAXA Roadshows, Survey from Customer Delight Activities.

·       Data supports for Lead Qualification & Up-Selling for Customer Events.

·     Assist in developing and maintaining effective promotion campaign in order to increase productivity, motivate and maintain distribution forces.

·     Communicate and create awareness of all customer events, campaign and related projects to distributions channels.

·     Prepare all the customer events of the company and create excitements to motivate distribution channels and build positive attitude toward the company.

·     Collate and prepare sales promotion kits for each campaign.

·     Contact/Coordinate with partner to join Customer Event; CHC Events, Acquisition Events and KTAXA Roadshows.

·     Contact with vendors to update stock for all Customer Events premiums and store management.

·     Coordinate with partner/ department stores for venue services.

Contact with sales support from Agency and Bancassurance to support Customer Events.

·     Prepare pre/post and in-booth marketing promotion materials design

·     Understand customer campaign and promotion and deliver customer communication messages and materials to attract customer interest to the campaigns and events wherever we go.

·     Collect customer email / mobile through customer activities, and customer campaigns for further sales promotions and direct marketing.

·     Prepare customer data for customer events and customer promotion.

·     Data analysts to gather information on all Event Sale Performances; CHC Events, Acquisition Events, KTAXA Roadshows, Survey  from Customer Delight Activities.

Data supports for Lead Qualification & Up-Selling for Customer Events.

·     Ensure distribution alignment with Customer Management & all Customer Events to support sales opportunity and ensure distribution satisfaction.

·     Incorporate brand CI and product promotion in booth decoration to build brand awareness.

·     Continue to deliver the CSR policy cover and goodies at Customer Events for all policies sold from Event Management.

Qualifications

· years Event Management direct experience.

·      Bachelor Degree.

·      Computer literate especially with Excel and  Access program.

·      Good command of English is a plus.

·      Able to use Adobe Premier, Video Editing including Photoshop , Illustrator is a plus.
