Job description

The Investment and FP&A Assist Manager is responsible for preparing deep analysis on business performance, conducting feasibility using business valuation models to support strategic decisions for both organic biz and inorganic biz, delivering presentations, seeking new business partners for M&A and providing valuable solutions and suggestions to management team.


• Conduct deep analysis using analytical skills to solve the challenge and support management decisions.


• Provide annual budgeting and revised budgeting for half year


• Monthly Monitor and analyze financial performance


• Support operating and driving businesses in strategy planning, operation improvement and new business initiative.


• Review, provide comments and make recommendations on feasibility studies for new investments/projects.


• Compile advisory reports and provide meaningful insights, recommendations, and advice on potential and current investments/businesses.


• Manage deal screening; call and/or meet with prospects, evaluate opportunities.


• Perform due diligence on investment.


• Collaborate with other departments to support providing valuable data and analyze for clearly business understanding to management team.


• Research and assess market trends, earnings prospects, financial statements, and key factors/indicators to determine suitable investment projects across operating businesses.


• Develop financial models, analysis and recommendations on relevant investments and current businesses.


• Providing and construction cash model to analyze, monitor and recommend company's liquidity to ensure management has timely and accurately understanding the business cashflow.


• Analyze other financial information such as financial ratios and other metrics to monitor the company's financial health.

Requirements


• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.


• At least 5 years of work experience in financial planning and analysis, financial modeling and feasibility study or related fields.


• Strong financial modeling skill.


• Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills.


• Good command of English.


• Strong analytical, problem solving and structured thinking skill.


• High responsible and able to work independently.


• Driven, Energetic, Analytical, Forward-Thinking with good interpersonal skills.
