Overview

The Lead – Platform Specialist is responsible for overseeing the monetization strategy and content management across all creator platforms under the company's network. This role combines strategic thinking, platform expertise, and creative direction to help creators grow sustainably while maintaining the integrity of their personal brand image.

A successful candidate must have a deep understanding of platform algorithms, audience behavior, and brand positioning from both the creator's and client's perspectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Platform Strategy & Revenue Management


• Develop and implement monetization strategies across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Facebook, aligned with each creator's potential.


• Analyze monthly performance data (views, engagement, revenue) to identify growth opportunities and strategic improvements.


• Collaborate with creators and internal teams to enhance overall monetization and performance.


• Optimize content format, upload strategy, and feature utilization to maximize reach and revenue.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with Partner Managers from each platform (YouTube, TikTok, Meta, X, etc.) to stay updated on new features, tools, and monetization programs.

  1. Content Development & Quality Management


• Provide creative and strategic guidance to creators to ensure content consistency and relevance across platforms.


• Advise on content direction, optimization strategies, and feature adoption for better visibility and audience engagement.


• Plan and oversee content promotion initiatives through company-owned channels.

  1. Team Leadership & Development


• Lead and mentor the Platform Specialists and Content Executives.


• Set and track OKRs/KPIs for the team to ensure performance and goal alignment.


• Share knowledge, platform trends, and innovative techniques with the team to enhance efficiency and creativity.

  1. Cross-functional Collaboration


• Work closely with the Sales team to support revenue growth from brand partnerships.


• Coordinate with the PR and marketing teams to promote creators and company channels.

Qualifications:


• 3–5 years of experience in YouTube MCN, content management or digital publishing.


• Strong understanding of monetization systems such as YouTube Partner Program, TikTok Creator Rewards, and X Ads Revenue Share.


• Proficient in Creator Studio, YouTube Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.


• Experience working with creators, influencers, or lifestyle/entertainment brands.


• Strong knowledge of SEO, data analytics, and content performance tracking.


• Growth and creative mindset—eager to explore new monetization and content strategies.


• Excellent leadership and cross-team collaboration skills.


• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.

Additional Qualifications:


• Experience in Paid Media or content boosting to drive reach and revenue.


• Established connections with platforms or creator communities.


• Understanding of AI tools or automation for data and content analysis (e.g., vidIQ, Tubebuddy, Social Blade Analytics).
