Key Responsibility:

  • Build a scalable, reusable, and trusted data foundation that powers AI and analytics across the group.
  • The role of Data Platforms Lead involves responsibility for setting up a federated data strategy in CP and support build a scalable, reusable, and trusted data foundation that powers AI and analytics across the group.
  • Develop cloud-native, scalable platforms and real-time decision systems.
  • Define BU-level data ownership models and SLAs.
  • This person will be expected to work cross-functionally with relevant business units and technical teams.
  • They must ensure that execution aligns with overall AI strategy, compliance requirements, and business goals.
  • The role demands deep subject-matter expertise, strong coordination skills, and the ability to deliver scalable impact. In addition to delivery excellence, they must support governance, knowledge sharing, and long-term transformation success.

Qualification:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience and well versed with data analytics, data platform setup, setting up federated data structure in a large group.
  • Should be well versed in linking technology architecture to business needs and value creations from data platforms and able to manage business stakeholders on expectations management
