Platform Campaigns Team Lead

Responsibilities
The integrated marketing team crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to TikTok Shop's success in SEA.
In this role you will develop seller packages and relevant business pitch decks. You will also be responsible in creating framework for data analysis, extract data, and report findings using suitable visualization tools
Roles & Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Planning
Plan and lead platform campaign strategies, including Double Digit and Payday Sales, to achieve key business goals (platform GMV, buyer growth, and budget efficiency)
Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring allocations are aligned with business priorities and targets
Analyze market trends and competitor campaigns to identify growth opportunities and continuously improve campaign mechanics and value propositions
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
Track campaign OKRs, budget utilization, and P&L to drive target achievement
Analyze campaign performance, and turn insights into clear, actionable plans for continuous improvement
Identify and address performance gaps proactively, collaborating with stakeholders to make necessary adjustments
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with Category Marketing, Platform Operations, Creator Management, and other business teams to leverage resources and insights for stronger campaign planning and strategy
Build strong communication and alignment across teams to ensure all stakeholders are working toward shared campaign goals
Provide regular updates to key stakeholders, including campaign performance, budget forecasts, learnings, and action plans
Team Leadership:
Manage and guide the team for end-to-end execution of campaign initiatives, including promotion planning, subsidy management, seller and creator supply planning, and visibility management
Lead and mentor campaign team members, fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning
Set clear goals and priorities, provide regular feedback, and ensure the team stays aligned with overall business objectives
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
5 years+ of work experience with a focus on campaign management and e-commerce business
High level proficiency in English and Thai to communicate with cross-functional stakeholder
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in analyzing and managing complex data sets using Excel
Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills
